P.Energy L680 Plus Series is an automatic modules laminator, full optional and adaptable to all PV modules production lines. It is designed to laminate in a single chamber different size of panels and also special photovoltaic application like glass/glass.

- Innovative aluminum plate with Membrane Heating System (MHS). The MHS is a cutting-edge heating system that improves heat transfer, speeds warm up and decreases wattage requirements. The rod resistances or oil based system resistances are replaced by Fiberglass-reinforced silicone rubber ones: thanks to the thin material that separates the two parts of the plate, heat transfer is faster and more efficient. Such innovation permits to obtain the maximum level of temperature uniformity up to ± 1.

- PIN Lifting System for panels to reduce the cell breakage and to increase the throughput thus decreasing the cycle time;

- Clamp system for and easy membrane changing and continuous belts with an active cleaning system for the membrane;

- The machine has a new accurate design but in line with all P.Energy product and utilizes the Top Control user interface and touch screen;

- High availability  ≥  99 % and low operating costs due to the newest and most reliable technical solution employed;

- Special design cover and thermal Insulation in order to decrease the heat losses and thus improving the whole cycle time.
