P.Energy is glad to announce its new catalogue of machineries and devices for lab applications. The wide offer of devices for tests on photovoltaic modules and photovoltaic materials has been further increased and covers now entirely the market demand.

As a matter of fact the new range of machines allows to do all the most important tests in compliance with the major International certifications and standards on photovoltaic modules:

On February 13th the Bangladeshi  company Parasol Energy Limited has inaugurated a new modules production line designed by P.Energy.

Founded in 2010, Parasol is a Dutch-Bangla joint initiative, incorporated under RJSC&F #C77702/09 and registered with the Board of Investment in Bangladesh. Parasol is headed by a combined team of European and Bangladeshi nationals utilizing eachothers added value, while applying European standards with regards to production process management, product quality control and labor practice.

The new production line delivered to Parasol Energy Ltd., is a manual modules assembly line with a productive capacity of 5 MW per year. It is composed mainly by the manual soldering stations P.Energy ST012M combined with two semiautomatic modules laminator P.Energy L200Plus.

For what concerns sizes and power requirements the line enables the production of both standard and special modules and thus to satisfy the needs of the local market (small modules). Parasol Energy Ltd. is the first PV company in Bangladesh working in collaboration with an European team of technicians and operating in accordance with high standards of quality. The company claims to produce the best solar modules in Bangladesh.

P.Energy has played an active role during the ramp up of the production, thanks to the on-site training of the operators, that has allowed Parasol to reach rapidly the production autonomy.

The produced modules satisfy the IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 specifications regarding the “Crystalline silicon terrestrial  photovoltaic (PV) modules - Design qualification and type approval” and the “Photovoltaic (PV) module safety  qualification”.

 

 

P.Energy L680 Plus Series is an automatic modules laminator, full optional and adaptable to all PV modules production lines. It is designed to laminate in a single chamber different size of panels and also special photovoltaic application like glass/glass.

- 10.5 modules/hour (20 MW/year); - Dimensions of the Heated Aluminium plate: 2100 mm x 3375 mm

- Innovative aluminum plate with Membrane Heating System (MHS). The MHS is a cutting-edge heating system that improves heat transfer, speeds warm up and decreases wattage requirements. The rod resistances or oil based system resistances are replaced by Fiberglass-reinforced silicone rubber ones: thanks to the thin material that separates the two parts of the plate, heat transfer is faster and more efficient. Such innovation permits to obtain the maximum level of temperature uniformity up to ± 1.

- PIN Lifting System for panels to reduce the cell breakage and to increase the throughput thus decreasing the cycle time;

- Clamp system for and easy membrane changing and continuous belts with an active cleaning system for the membrane;

- The machine has a new accurate design but in line with all P.Energy product and utilizes the Top Control user interface and touch screen;

- High availability  ≥  99 % and low operating costs due to the newest and most reliable technical solution employed;

- Special design cover and thermal Insulation in order to decrease the heat losses and thus improving the whole cycle time.

 

New module production to High Facing SpA in Arezzo, Italy

That’s a good start of 2012 for P.Energy who delivers to High Facing SpA in Arezzo, Italy a new modules assembly line of 16 MW production capacity.

The High Facing SpA is a renowned company of the photovoltaic market that produce modules for different kind of application such as industrial and commercial rooftops and buildings and for private houses, both new and  in being.

With this profitable partnership were born a modules production line both for standard technology panels and flexible technology application for photovoltaic panels, able to work with different type of module production thus improving set up times and with less operators.

The productive efficiency and the costs are both key point in the P.Energy supply. Infact P.Energy has adopted in this plant some innovative technologies implemented in:

- Tabber and Stringers of the Gold Series
- Laminator of the Gold Series
- Class AAA in line Sun Simulator 

Matching together the Tabber and Stringer of 600 cells/hours, TS600Gold, with the first stage of the Laminator L1200Gold have raise up the whole line production efficiency to 98%. That’s exceeding the market standards regarding the modules production.

The modules produced have the top quality thanks to the use of high performing raw materials easy to assembly because of the versatility of the P.Energy machines.

The new plant have opened on the 21St of January 2012 with an opening ceremony, It works in one shift. High Facing SpA has considered yet the possibility to extend the production capacity in 32 MW, signing an agreement with P.Energy to raise up the throughput of the line.
