New PV Line to High Facing

New module production to High Facing SpA in Arezzo, Italy

That’s a good start of 2012 for P.Energy who delivers to High Facing SpA in Arezzo, Italy a new modules assembly line of 16 MW production capacity.

The High Facing SpA is a renowned company of the photovoltaic market that produce modules for different kind of application such as industrial and commercial rooftops and buildings and for private houses, both new and  in being.

With this profitable partnership were born a modules production line both for standard technology panels and flexible technology application for photovoltaic panels, able to work with different type of module production thus improving set up times and with less operators.

The productive efficiency and the costs are both key point in the P.Energy supply. Infact P.Energy has adopted in this plant some innovative technologies implemented in:

- Tabber and Stringers of the Gold Series
- Laminator of the Gold Series
- Class AAA in line Sun Simulator 

Matching together the Tabber and Stringer of 600 cells/hours, TS600Gold, with the first stage of the Laminator L1200Gold have raise up the whole line production efficiency to 98%. That’s exceeding the market standards regarding the modules production.

The modules produced have the top quality thanks to the use of high performing raw materials easy to assembly because of the versatility of the P.Energy machines.

The new plant have opened on the 21St of January 2012 with an opening ceremony, It works in one shift. High Facing SpA has considered yet the possibility to extend the production capacity in 32 MW, signing an agreement with P.Energy to raise up the throughput of the line.
