Reliability, flexibility and high performance are three key points of P.Energy’s production equipment and again P.Energy has introduced a new product in the market: the film cutting machine P.Energy FC200V.
P.Energy FC200V could work with standard rolls of a max weight of 60 kg and it is also possible, installing an external loading system, to load rolls up to 200 kg.
It is suitable for both industrial mass production and small manual assembly lines due to its easy setup and configuration as well as its robust design.
P.Energy FC200V can be used to cut EVA and back sheets films at any length for numerous photovoltaic applications. The foil material is cut by cross cutting spring loaded blades to a get a precise “scissors effect”: the bottom blade is fixed while the top blade is hinged and pushed towards the bottom one.
With the die-cutting unit, connected to a pneumatic cylinder, it is possible to cut a shape on the EVA/backsheet foils so that the ribbon wires could pass outside the photovoltaic sandwich through them.
The different operation modes are easily set through the control panel.
As an option, the intralayer of EVA could be rewinded on a rewinding shaft. The sheets stick on the pivoting bar that is synchronized with the machine-cycle. The max load of this pivoting bar is 20 kg.
Again P.Energy proposes to the market a solution for pv modules assembly plants that helps to get a high cut quality, reduces the cost of production with easy maintenance, satisfying different kind of customers.
