New tabber&stringer TS900GOLD
P.Energy introduces to the market a new Tabber and Stringer of the Gold Series: TS900GOLD.
P.Energy TS900GOLD is the highest performing tabber and stringing machine of the gold series, with a nominal troughput of 900 cells per hour and less than 0,3% of cells breakage. It grants stable and continuous production with lowest breakage rate and improved uptime. The machine has a new compact design that permits an easy and fast installation, setup and ramp up of the production.
P.Energy TS900GOLD is equipped with a simple and wide 15” touch screen monitor and finger print access, that permits the operator to control and setup all the process parameters.
The stable production is assured by a new system of PV cells loading, the single track configured to improve the whole cycle time.
PV Cells are softly handled towards the different stations while being checked with cameras.
All processes inside the soldering station are heat controlled, including the unloading belt, in order to prevent and to reduce any thermal stress.
Moreover P.Energy TS900GOLD has an upgraded motorized ribbon unwinding system and a new stretching system, that permits a precise placement of the ribbons, on two or three busbars, avoiding bowing and misalignment.
