Common heating system with oil, electrical resistances or combined oil and electrical resistances		P.Energy Membrane Heating System

The new P.Energy L200Light has the innovative Heating Membrane System. The Membrane Heating System permits to improve heat transfer, speed warm ups and decrease wattage requirements. The electrical resistances are replaced by Fiberglass-reinforced silicone rubber.
The picture on the lefts shows the heating up of the laminator plate with electrical resistances, or oil heating system or combined oil and electric system. The plate looks not equally heated. The picture on the right shows the heating up of the laminator plate with the innovative Membrane Heating System. The plate looks equally heated.

Also the German version will be always updated as the other languages. This grants also to german people to be constantly informed regarding to last P.Energy's innovations, new projects and events.

In July 2011 P.Energy has set up a new PV modules production line in New Delhi to Tapan Solar Pvt. Ltd. , India. The new automatic line located at Neemrana (Rajasthan) and it has a production capacity of 12 MW per year and could be upgraded in 25 MW per year.
The new production line represents the best solution for cost, production efficiency and level of automation thanks to the newest solution: the new Tabber and stringer of the Gold Series TS600GOLD, the new laminator L640PLUS and the new full automatic frame assembler FA201M - Plus.

The solar modules manufactured by Tapan Solar  are in accordance with international standards. The quality and durability of the solar modules undergo stringent ‘Quality Checks’ in this plant
These innovations have low the breakage rate and raise up the efficiency of the whole PV production line in more than 95%, these data are far exceeding in all industry standard.

In spite of the high level of the automation of the whole production line, all the machine could be easy managed by the operator because of the strong support and training of P.Energy in site.
P.Energy in fact has supported the customer in all project phases, for the Certification, for the provision of all the raw material and with a training too.
The customer has quickly reached his production autonomy although he is new in this field.

P.Energy will attend the next edition of the Solar Power International, which takes place in Dallas, Texas USA, form the 17th to the 20th October 2011. Solar Power International is the most important for Photovoltaic Energy in North America and P.Energy can't miss this important event. In march 2011 P.Energy has set up a new assembly line for the production of photovoltaic modules in Preseglie, Brescia. The new automatic line has a production capacity of 10 Mw per year and it works in three shifts.
The new line represents the best solution for cost and production efficiency thanks to the newest solutions as:
- Tabber and stringer of the Gold series,
- Laminator Plus series,
- Frame assembler Plus Series.
The last innovations introduced have low the breakage rate in less than 0,3% and raise up the efficiency of the whole production line in more than 95%, these data are far exceeding in all industry standard.
Another key point of the success of this new production line is the limited use of personnel. In fact, thanks to the high level of automation, the line needs only of five operators per shift.
P.Energy has supported the customer in all project phases, for the Certification and for the provision of all the raw material and with a training in site for the operators. The customer has quickly reached his production autonomy although he is new in this field.
The line was designed for an easy  upgrade of the production.
