P.Energy Frame Assembler New Series FA201 PLUS
Auto-blocked corners no needs punching or screwing
P.Energy has developed and produced a new series of frame assemblers machines, the P.Energy FA201 PLUS series.
The new series of frame assembler machines consist of:
P.Energy FA201M PLUS
P.Energy FA201S PLUS
P.Energy FA201A PLUS
All frame assemblers of the FA201 PLUS series allows an easy handling and a precise framing of the photovoltaic laminates without damaging them.
The new machine series is suitable for manual, semi automated and fully automated layouts, as they can be installed “in line”.
The P.Energy FA201M PLUS is a manual frame assembler machine in which an operator moves the laminate on the machine and with the punch and screw optional systems (depending on customer’s choice of closing system), fixes frame on the panel. The panel runs out from the machine.
The P.Energy FA201S PLUS has an automatic system for the loading and the unloading of the laminates. The machine could be customized and equipped whit a system of two tools for punching or screwing depending on the frame closing system (corners) as chosen by the customer. Two sides of the frame assembler machine are fixed at 90° angle, the frames are manually loaded by an operator. The machine could be installed in line.
The P.Energy FA201A PLUS is a fully automated frame assembler machine. P.Energy FA201A PLUS can accommodate the framing process of photovoltaic modules with a max dimension of 1000x2000 mm. Compared to the other versions above, P.Energy FA201A PLUS, can work without operators and it is easly installed “in line”. The machine uses auto-blocked corners but it is also predisposed for corner/punching system.
