In march 2011 P.Energy has set up a new assembly line for the production of photovoltaic modules in Preseglie, Brescia. The new automatic line has a production capacity of 10 Mw per year and it works in three shifts.
The new line represents the best solution for cost and production efficiency thanks to the newest solutions as:
- Tabber and stringer of the Gold series,
- Laminator Plus series,
- Frame assembler Plus Series.
The last innovations introduced have low the breakage rate in less than 0,3% and raise up the efficiency of the whole production line in more than 95%, these data are far exceeding in all industry standard.
Another key point of the success of this new production line is the limited use of personnel. In fact, thanks to the high level of automation, the line needs only of five operators per shift.
P.Energy has supported the customer in all project phases, for the Certification and for the provision of all the raw material and with a training in site for the operators. The customer has quickly reached his production autonomy although he is new in this field.
The line was designed for an easy  upgrade of the production.
