In July 2011 P.Energy has set up a new PV modules production line in New Delhi to Tapan Solar Pvt. Ltd. , India. The new automatic line located at Neemrana (Rajasthan) and it has a production capacity of 12 MW per year and could be upgraded in 25 MW per year.
The new production line represents the best solution for cost, production efficiency and level of automation thanks to the newest solution: the new Tabber and stringer of the Gold Series TS600GOLD, the new laminator L640PLUS and the new full automatic frame assembler FA201M - Plus.

The solar modules manufactured by Tapan Solar  are in accordance with international standards. The quality and durability of the solar modules undergo stringent ‘Quality Checks’ in this plant
These innovations have low the breakage rate and raise up the efficiency of the whole PV production line in more than 95%, these data are far exceeding in all industry standard.

In spite of the high level of the automation of the whole production line, all the machine could be easy managed by the operator because of the strong support and training of P.Energy in site.
P.Energy in fact has supported the customer in all project phases, for the Certification, for the provision of all the raw material and with a training too.
The customer has quickly reached his production autonomy although he is new in this field.
