The robotized P.Energy OP02AR is an automatic station that trim and seal with bi-adhesive tape the laminates that arrive from the lamination process. The station is made by a KUKA or ABB robot, a trimming system and a tape application system.
This station is suitable for production capacity higher than 10 panels/h and it fits the complete automatic assembly lines as P.Energy STAR or P.Energy GALAXY.
It is also possible to install this station to build an independent backend line, till sun simulator and packaging unit. The disposition of the automatism is fully customizable and scalable on the desired production capacity, available space or existing situation.
