P.Energy GC2000A is an horizontal washing machine for tempered glass. Automatic washing and drying machine for glasses. P.Energy GC2000A processes panels with a maximum width of 2000 mm and thicknesses from 3 to 40 mm.

Description
The washing unit is equipped with three tanks for recycling the washing water and is served by two horizontal infeed and outfeed conveyors that convey the glass panes. The panes rest on rollers whose drive is adjusted in function to the advancement speed of the washing unit.
The central washing part is equipped with two pairs of cylindrical brushes with diameter. The brushes turn by means of a belt transmission electric motor. The first pair of brushes remove the grease with the water recycled from the first tank; the last two effect the final washing with the water recycled from the second tank and at last the fan nozzles carry out the rising using water from the supply network or water recycled.
The drying area is composed of two sloped blowers that are fed by fan.
The instruction for each individual operation can be made from the control panel. The specific functions include: display of the electronic speed adjustment on the specific unit, display of the thickness set, and, as optional, the washing of low emissivity panes.
Optional devices
- An automatic electronic card can be supplied. This card enables a direct connection to P.ENERGY LO072AR adapting the speed in automatic synchronism.
