P.Energy L900PLUS is an automated photovoltaic modules laminator. It is designed for different size of laminates. It grants high productivity (4 panels 1980 x 990 mm per cycle) and it is ideal for big and special applications like glass/glass. Max dim. of laminates 2100 x 4500 mm with 30 mm of thickness. It permits to laminate in standard mode using standard cure EVA or fast mode using fast cure EVA.
- Touch Screen Monitor in order to program the lamination cycle in very friendly way;
- PID Controls to guarantee ±2°C of temperature variation in all the surface of the aluminium plate (0,2°C are optional);
- Water Cooling Circuit and a connection for a fast cooling-down;
- A Belt System permits the integration with the loading and unloading system (optional).
The modules laminated with P.Energy L900PLUS pass the spec. IEC 61215 - IEC 61646 - IEC 61730 (exposure tests, thermal, humidity-freeze, mechanical load cycling, hail impact and high voltage isolation).
