P.Energy L680PLUS is an automated photovoltaic module laminator. It is designed for different size of laminates and special applications like glass/glass.
It permits to laminate in standard mode using standard cure EVA or fast mode using fast cure EVA.
- Touch Screen Panel in order to program the lamination cycle in very friendly way;
- PID Controls guarantee 2°C of temperature variation in all surfaces of aluminium plate (0.2° degree is optional);
- Water Cooling Circuit and a connection for a fast cooling-down;
- A Belt System permits the integration with the loading and unloading system (optional);
The modules laminated with P.Energy L680PLUS pass the spec. IEC 61215 - IEC 61646 - IEC 61730 (exposure tests, thermal, humidity-freeze, mechanical load cycling, hail impact and high voltage isolation).

Maintenance friendly construction design;
Loading and unloading of laminator from both sides (left and right) is possible without any handicap, thus cylinders of upper chamber have to be positioned in right way;
DIN-connectors (standardized) for working medium (air, electricity, oil, water);
Changable pins in the upper chamber for easy membrane changing;
Easy maintenance/removal of heating plates, clutches within vacuum chamber, fixed lead-through;
Wiring of thermocouples within vacuum chamber fixed;
No thermal bridges from frames to heating plates/vacuum chambers;
