P.Energy L200 LIGHT is an automated laminator for photovoltaic modules. It is designed to process different sizes of laminates, made with different raw materials. It is possible to setup and save the best recipe for each kind of sandwich. P.Energy L200 LIGHT permits to laminate pv modules using standard cure EVA, fast cure EVA or ultra fast cure EVA.

Heating System
P.Energy L200 LIGHT has an electrical heating system which can reach 180°C.
Heating plate with Membrane Heating System (MHS). The Membrane Heating System it’s an innovative heating system that permits to improve heat transfer, speed warm up and decrease wattage requirements. The rod resisntances or oil based system resistance are replaced by Fiberglass-reinforced silicone rubber.
Heat up and cool down rate: ~ 7 K/min
