P.Energy L1200GOLD is a two stages laminator – Vacuum stage and Curing stage. It can laminate 3 standard panels per cycle with fast cure EVA is 8 minutes. The max throughput is 22 panels/hour.

VACUUM STAGE - This stage is provided with a pin lift system. The panels enter automatically in this stage and are lifted up. After the vacuum time they will lay down onto the hot plate.

CURING STAGE - In this stage the panels finish with the curing time. At the end of the cycle the panels exit automatically from the laminator.

Heating System

P.Energy L1200GOLD has an electrical heating system that can reach 180°C (250°C is optional).

Heating plate with Membrane Heating System (MHS). The Membrane Heating System it’s an innovative heating system that permits to improve heat transfer, speed warm up and decrease wattage requirements. The rod resistance or oil based system resistances are replaced by Fiberglass-reinforced silicone rubber.

- Siemens S7 300 series with PLC controller interface

- Equipment/laminator is equipped with safety devices according to UVV

- Legal compliance to 89/392 EWG und EN 292 is proofed

- CE/UL conformity compliance/mark is mounted on all separate parts of equipment

- Unloading system connected with and external FIFO/LIFO buffer for the stabilization of the curing process

- Supervision software LABDATA which permits the management of all recipes of the lamination and the storage of the report for each cycle in EXCEL or in ACCESS files. It allows to check the cycle i.e. with temperature or vacuum graphics
