P.Energy FC200V is an automatic film cutting machine that permits an easy handling and a precise cut of the films (EVA or backsheet) for the photovoltaics modules production. The machine unrolls the films automatically up to the set length.

Description of the process

- Unwinding shaft: the EVA / backsheet roll is loaded by the operator on the cantilevered unwinding shaft. The max load of the shaft is 60 Kg. As optional it is possible to add an external loading system for rolls with weight up to 200 kg.
- Die-Cutting Unit: a die-cutting unit operated by a pneumatic cylinder cut a customized shape on the EVA/backsheet foils. The distance betweent the edge of the sheet is set by the operator on the main control panel.
- Rewinding of the protection layer: as optional, the protective layer of EVA is rewind on the rewinding shaft.
- Cross cutting System: at the right lenght, the material is cut by a cross cutting "spring loaded" blade. The bottom blade is fixed while the top is hinghed to the cross bar and pushed towards the bottom blade by means of springs to get a "scissors" effect. The top cross blade is operated by a pneumatic cylinder; the minimun cutting lenght is 20 mm.
- Stacking: the sheets stack on the pivoting bar is synchronized with the machine-cycle. The max load of the pivoting bar is 20 kg.
