P.Energy LO072AR is a robotized layup station which permits to pick the strings up from the automated tabber&stringer machine and to place them on the glass/first EVA. It is possible to handle up to two tabbing/stringing machine with the same robot.

The station includes a conveyor to feed in the glass, a system to allign the strings before their placing down and a tray where the robot downloads the bad strings to allow the operator to remove and to repair. 

When all the strings are positioned on the panel, a conveyor moves it outside to the lightning tables P.Energy LT200A, where pv strings will be interconnected.

The layup station could include the following inspection/quality tools:

- String Sun simulator P.Energy SS012A;

- Electroluminescence system for Strings P.Energy EL012A;

- Visual Strings Checking system P.Energy SC012A.
