P.Energy LO072S is a semi-automatic layup station used to place the photovoltaic strings on the glass. The machine include an input for the glass.

1. The operator loads manually the glass and the first sheet of EVA on the input station;
2. The glass has to be aligned and moved in the right position;
3. The operator places the string on the jig;
4. A cartesian arm moves on the strings matrix and sucks up all the strings on the same time;
5. The vacuum system linearly moves on the glass and lays down all the strings, warranting their right alignment on the glass;
6. The system moves automatically the panel to the lightning table P.ENERGY LT200A where the operators check everything and solds the final interconnections;
