P.Energy T300IRM is a semi-automated tabber machine that solds the photovoltaic cells with an infrared lamps system. The soldering plate is heated and the temperature is adjustable. The equipment is provided of several jigs for each different size of cells. Jigs could be customized too.

Tabbing cycle

- Cell loading: in the first station the operator loads manually the cells on the mechanical jig and place in position the ribbon already cut;
- Soldering: pushing a button, the jig moves under the soldering infrared lamps;
- Cell unloading: the operator unload manually the cell from the jig.
