P.EnergyTS1200GOLD is a full automatic tabbing/stringing machine of the Gold TS Series. It is the best solution for automated assembly lines which needs high performances, reliability and high quality at the same time. The double track unloading belt allow to install the machine in a reduced space and to work directly connected to the layup station P.Energy LO072AR.

IR Soldering System

P.Energy TS1200GOLD uses an high speed infrared soldering system:
- 2 or 3 infrared lamps focus the light beams on the ribbons for a continuous welding process (not spots welding process)
- 5 preheated zones with settable temperature prevent the thermal stress of the cells before the soldering process
- Heated unloading belt with temperature control (to reduce the temperature shock on cells)

Visual quality inspection with Cognex Camera and rejected system for bad quality cells and visual alignment.
