IR Soldering System
P.Energy TS300Gold uses an high speed infrared soldering system:
- infrared lamps focus the light beams on the ribbon for a continuous welding process (not spots welding process);
- 5 preheated zones with settable temperatures prevent the thermal stress of the cells before the soldering process;
- Heated unloading belt with temperature control (to reduce temperature shock on cells);
- Mechanical alignment;
