P.Energy LO072AR is robotized layout which permits to position the string on the lightening table from one or two PV cells tabber/stringer stations.

The automatic station P.Energy LO072AR is a system that picks the cells strings from the tabber&stringer machine and place them on the panels. This station is made up by an ABB robot, a system for centring and alignment of the string and by a system that handle and put in the right position the glass and the first sheet of EVA. The robot is the ABB robot in which wrist there is a soft vacuum system to pick gently the cells string. The system can work with up to three tabber&stringer machines P.Energy TS600PLUS.
When all the strings are positioned on the panel, a mechanical system lift it up, bring it out from the lay-up station and pose on the next station, the lightning table P.ENERGY LT200A.
