P.Energy TR01M is the trimming station designed to help the operator to scrape-off the EVA melted out the photovoltaic module during the lamination. It includes an electrical thermo-cutter with a special blade.

Characteristics

P.ENERGY TR01M is the first step after the laminator. It is a table with spheres on top and with an automatic lifting system commanded by a joystick. The photovoltaic module can be easily moved
over the spheres by the operator and when it is in the right position hold up and keep stopped allowing the trimming operation.
This operation is made with an “hot blade”, in image below.
With P.Energy TR01M, the operator works fast because it doesn’t need a lot of strength to move, lift and trim the panels.
