Is the new full automatic tabbing/stringing machine. It is the best solution for automated Pv modules assembly lines which needs high performances, reliability and high quality at the same time.

Its new and compact design permits an easy and fast setup of the machine.

IR Soldering System

P.ENERGY TS600GOLD uses an high speed infrared soldering system.
• 3 infrared lamps focus the light beams on the ribbons for a continuous welding process (not spots welding process).

• 5 preheated zones with settable temperature prevent the thermal stress of the cells before the soldering process.

• Heated unloading belt with temperature control (reduce temperature shock on cells).

• Visual quality inspection with Cognex Camera and rejected system for bad quality cells;

• Visual alignment;

Hardware

• PLC Siemens permits the fully control of the process trough an easy-to-use 15" Touch Panel;
• Storage and customization of receipts process;
• Real time assistance granted by Ethernet port RJ45, used also for predisposition of P.Energy SCADA system (optional);
