P.Energy has developed a new series of frame assemblers machines: the P.Energy FA201PLUS.

The new series of frame assembler machines consist of:

P.Energy FA201M PLUS
P.Energy FA201S PLUS
P.Energy FA201A PLUS

All frames assemblers of the FA201PLUS series allows an easy handling and a precise framing of the photovoltaic laminates without damaging them. Two sides of the frame assembler machine are fixed at 90° angle, while the other two are moving against the frames & laminates to get a better precision during the closing operation.

Models

- The P.Energy FA201M PLUS is a manual frame assembler machine in which the operator moves the laminates on the machine and with the punching or screwing optional systems (depending on customer’s choice). The operator places manually the Aluminium frames on the panel and with a joy-sticks closes them. Then, the panel runs out and the machine is ready to work another laminate. The machine could be installed "in line" and it has as optional the tools for the screwing and for the punching. 

- The machine P.Energy FA201S PLUS is a semiautomatic frame assembler machine. It has an automatic system for the loading and the unloading of the laminates. Two sides of the machine are fixed to 90° and the frames are loaded by an operator. The machine could be insatalled "in line".  The closing of the frames is automatic. The tools for the screwing and the punching of the frames are optionals.

- The P.Energy FA201A PLUS is the fully automated version of the frame assembler machine. P.Energy FA201A PLUS can work with photovoltaic modules with a max dimension of 2000 x 1000 mm. P.Energy FA201A PLUS, can work without operators and it is easily installed “in-line”. The loading of the frames is automatic. The tools for the screwing and the punching of the frames are optionals.

All the machines of the series work with a new special auto-blocked corners for Al frames but they are also predisposed for corner punching system as P.Energy PUNCH.

Characteristics

The dimensions of the laminates could be arranged, depending on customer’s panel sizes:

Min dimension: 500 x 1000 mm
Max dimension: 1000 x 2000 mm

Two sides of the frame assembler machine are pressing and two sides are fixed at 90°.
It is possible to install the machine “in line”.

Capacity:

- 15 panels/h with fixing punching system;
- 30 panels/h with auto-fitting Aluminum frames.

P.ENERGY PUNCH is a tool that helps the operator to fix the Aluminium Frames on the four corner of the panels.
